1. Structure for Managing the Protection of Personal Information

The Company has appointed a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to supervise the control of personal information and has established a management system centered on the Information Security Committee, which operates under the aegis of the CISO. In addition, the Company has set specific internal regulations on the standards and management of appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of personal information, and conducts training. The Company's officers and employees handle personal information based on the internal regulations.

2. Handling Personal Information

The Company specifies the objectives of using personal information, takes action to prevent the use of personal information for purposes other than the specified objectives, and does not use personal information for purposes other than the specified objectives.
The Company concludes agreements with the companies and persons it deals with on the appropriate handling of personal information and cooperates with them to protect personal information.

3. Security Measures

The Company has developed reasonable security management measures to prevent and correct leaks, falsification or loss of personal information as well as unauthorized access to personal information.

4. Contact for Inquiries

The Company has set up a contact for inquiries with respect to the handling of personal information. The contact responds to inquiries from customers and deals with complaints and consultations.

5. Continuous Improvement of Compliance and Management Structure

The Company complies with laws and regulations, guidelines set by the government, and other rules that apply to the personal information it retains and consistently reviews and revises the Basic Policy and internal regulations.
